New Delhi. Due to political interference, Indian judiciary is not working well.Those who blame and accuse judges,should know that judges are not saint.Our english legal system is due to British. When the constitution was not in existence,British judges disposed cases.They used to come from Britain,to my view,there was dominance of british judges in the judicial system and the church played great role in the system.I don’t think, there was much representation of women in the legal system, women were inferior to men.Women have the problem of period which affects the justice delivery system.
Women are treated inferior in American corporations, Satya Nadella,chief Executive officer of Microsoft Corporation favours less salary to women employees, thus women employees are treated inferior.this is the grading due to nature, women should realise that nature has created grade. they want to compete men. it’s okay. But what about the grading? In man made law, men, women are equal. A woman should be capable enough to protect herself.In Saudi arab, when a woman goes out,she should have man accompanying her, this shows that woman is inferior to man. I will not give example, one thing is fear and due to fear they favour. one should work without fear and don’t favour.It is common that
woman has attraction. This is the grading by nature. the attraction term is used for woman,not for man. I have observed women fear cockroach. How there will be equality,when they fear cockroach.
American judges also face case/matter of sexual abuse,exploitation. In the Indian state of Gujarat,Gujarat High Court has verdict/observation in the past that if a married woman indulges in sexual act, it will not constitute offence, but it should not be repeatedly, it’s okay, if it is done once. the matter was published in a leading vernacular newspaper in mumbai,Right now, I don’t have the copy of the newspaper.The Supreme court of India should have the observation/verdict of The Gujarat High Court, I felt Gujarat High Court judgement demoralising.The Supreme Court of India should find this contemplation of Gujarat High Court. In the past, Indian military stated that gujratis are not combatant enough and hence, they are not fit for military service.Prime Minister Narendra modi has left his wife,Chandrababu Naidu,Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has given adverse remark on Narendra Modi. There should be political and constitutinal change/reform.Anyone should not be Prime Minister of India.How the U.S.A.(United States of America) judges deal with sexual matter.There’s ‘plea bargaining”,In U.S.A., a womasn is silenced through the offer of money. It is said-no smoke without fire.See, how Donald Trump,President of the United states of America,dealt with sexual matter.Donald Trump has more than one marriage and several children Yet, he was in controversy.A sexual offence matter can be settled through the offer of money.U.S.A. has shown the way. And I think,it’s no issue in Britain.In France also,sex matter is not so alarming,in the past, there has been sex matter but it was settled, this can be said ‘plea bargaining’.
An advocate of mumbai said-‘money has great power’. We have seen that person sell sex and person buy it.People also say that sex is an object of sale.In my view,the current sex matter should not escalate so much. In Andhra Pradesh, police treats sexual offence matter as civil matter,I am not confirming it, I have read it somewhere in newspaper.There may be corporate link with the current sex case directly or indirectly.Recently a corporate house paid money to a telecom company, otherwise, there was jail term of three month.There’s corporate war,nasty war.In India,telecom companies are strugging for margin,there’s so intense competition. for corporates,In India and abroad,sex matter is secondary.Constitutionally,though Narendra Modi is Prime Minister of India,but he works in favour of few corporates, which,Rahul Gandhi,President of Indian National Congress has also said.
Narendra Modi has also been linked with Smriti Irani. There’s question of morality, If a person is immoral…,and if it’s no issue in society…,when everything can be traded…,when human values are under question…, I remember, …Joseph was senior most and he was due for appointment as chief justice of Supreme Court of India, Justice joseph was Chief Justice of Uttarakhand High Court.but the current political establishment at the centre did not give him nod to become chief Justice of India.
Now, corporate money is ruling roost in Indian politics.very nasty game.
