Candidates recruited for Indian police Service (IPS) are deployed all India basis, they become top rank CBI(Central Bureau of Investigation) 0fficial and police official, India politicians use and misuse them as per their whims and fancy. Recently, CBI Director Alok Verma resigned from his post, “he was denied natural justice, therefore, he resigned”.
The Constitution of India is based on “Natural Justice”. Recently, CBI was misused in Kolkata, Supreme court of India will decide the matter. From the past incidents, it is clear, current Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has blatant misuse of “Constitutional Power and post”. Note ban, Intervention in Reserve Bank of India Autonomy, intervention in CBI functioning and other cases and matters are proof.
